LeBron James is questionable for the Cavaliers’ game Thursday night against the Seattle SuperSonics, after spraining his ankle in the second quarter of a win over Portland. A team spokeswoman said James, the NBA’s leading scorer at 30.1 points per game, would be examined Thursday morning.
